Intake forms feel like a trap. I finally made it in to see a psych and now I'm terrified they wont let me leave. I think the worst possible thing you can do for someone on the ledge is to 5150 them. **** is traumatic af

Meds have been increased and I'm starting an intensive outpatient 6 week program. 4-6 hours of therapy a day, 4 days a week. I've been placed off work and am filing for disability. My psychiatrist said the other option is lithium + hospitalization. I feel like such a fuck up.
