I missed a doctors appointment this morning
 It's an hour and 30 minutes away and I woke up an hour before, so I'd be 30 minutes late :/. Damn phone was on but didnt go off  I feel bad but cant do anything about it now.

Had to ask my new doc to put me back on Zoloft. Have become a bit of a shut in since losing the rum. Found myself getting way too short dealing with people out in public. Figured out it was anger and anxiety because I didn't have a cocktail waiting when I got home.
50mg is just enough to take the edges off. Now I'm nice again.
