This is true. The band or thing that you're currently into always seems to influence you a lot. There's something admirable in the enthusiasm and passion that it signifies, but I'd say don't let that go too far

If you do do acid, do it with a ride or die or someone you really trust in a safe spot. Just don't end up in a jail cell on the last half of your trip. That's the absolute worst way to ride that **** out.

Otherwise, just do what you can, do your therapy, and move on with your life. It's just the matrix, after all.

This is universally good advice. Set and setting.

I say don’t take it if you’re in the wrong headspace. I guess that rules out taking it for therapeutic purposes if you think about it.

Not that I’m recommending it but for depression I’d probably go with a shroom very small microdose if anything.
