Just because it increases the somatic effects of anxiety. Racing heart, rise in blood pressure, etc. Also because I'm fully dependent on it and I dont want to be.

Been having a pretty rough past few weeks with my anxiety just going out of control. Been secluding myself so that I can deal with it in the most productive way I can. Just feels like I'm in a constant loop from when I wake up to when I go to bed. Doing the same thing every day. Not going out much. Haven't really bothered hanging out with people. I'm not in the right state of mind to be around people. Haven't been for a few solid months now and yknow, it's ok. Not letting people hear about my problems and instead putting it toward something else, i.e. music. I don't know. I'm doing alright I guess. Things could be improved but I'm just living day to day. Whatever happens, happens at this point.

Haven't been as depressed as I usually am but it's comes in waves. Lately it's been just a constant downpour.

What sucks for me is when my anxiety acts up in the morning and zaps all my energy. Meditation is great when I’m feeling ok but when anxiety or depression are showing meditation just makes it spin into a frenzy. I think that might be therapeutic but it’s too much when I got work and **** or just lack the fortitude to go there.

Happens fairly often so I totally understand. I wake up some mornings and just wanna say "**** it" and not bother leaving the bed. But responsibilities are important so I just push through it and deal with it when I can. It's just easier with the way my life is right now. Smoking a lot of weed helps.

I'm sorry to hear that Key. My instinct says that you should beware of secluding yourself too much, but everyone works differently of course. If you feel like it's better, or it helps, it might be fine. I'm glad that you have your music and other creative ways of venting it
