And you're not a **** up, Frownland is right. You're strong enough to try to get help and cope with your problems, that's the opposite of ****ing up. Most people don't

People are just good at hiding. I really don't know anybody that's self reliant, either.

Thanks guys. I really am ok. It is a sign of progress that rather than landing myself in the hospital again I was proactive and like, planned my breakdown in advance lol. Reached out to family and let them know what's going on. Am petting my dog. Really not doing well with the thought of letting people down at work (clients i mean, fuck a job). I know this is a good thing but i'm afraid.
