Jails are the number one providers of mental health care in many communities and the infirmaries in American jails are ****ing scary. The mental health care is suicide watch which often means just tie you up. Same approach used 300 years ago.

I saw my GP cause he agreed to see me for free cause he's a nice dude. Otherwise I wouldn't have seen anyone.

i have mental illness, i try to be as normal online as I can so it maybe mirrors what i do in real life

i dont want to share too much because its really none of yall business but i thought id be fair to at least share something because i dont want yall to think i have some perfect life going or something. i take medications and everything and its helped. ive tried lots of other medications that didnt too :/

thats true, i guess i just dont feel normal and somehow want to. i feel internet forums are an outlet for me to "practice" being how others normally are in conversations and stuff. im in the process on trying to become more enlightened and just an overall better person. hince the name on here.

Uniqueness is not something to be ashamed of. Just be yourself. You usually are. I'm just saying that theres really no definitive way to act normal.

idk, i had a high school friend that hooped with me once but then didnt show up the 2nd time and then moved to mississippi.

i treat my hooping almost like therapy with the headphones alone
