I'm certain that there's been a shooter that was never medicated or treated in the first place. Get somebody that's going through bipolar mania untreated they may think that they need to or were meant to perform a mass shooting for what ever reason.

Actually, I think there was a delusional shooter that thought they were a ghost from a different world or something and they thought their 'true form' was that goth ghost chick from Danny Phantom.
