Dude. It’s not enough that she didn’t say no. Consent means saying yes. No definitely means no but silence doesn’t equal yes. The way you imagine I **** and the way I actually **** are so incredibly different.

I actually think it might be a self-esteem problem on your part. Is it difficult for you to picture a woman who wants to have sex?

I guess if you have to have a hard yes/no qualification for consent then you're probably not looking hard at how "yes" can be qualified. Yes and no can be qualified for all sorts of things, and consent qualifies as "sorts of things". There's plenty of instances of whatever where explicit yes can still make me go "yeah... seems sketchy".

I didn't call you a rapist and I didn't say that celebrating your sexuality makes you a rapist.

I just said that putting the idea out there that people need to have as much sex as possible perpetuates a rape culture. While you won't rape somebody, somebody else who thinks they need sex and feels frustrated or invalidated because they haven't been able to keep up with the standard put out there will resort to rape to meet that standard.

To build on Bat's 'yes' and 'no' thing, of course plenty of women will say yes when you hold a gun to their head, you dirty rapist.

The man is always raping. If it's two gay guys **** faced and having sex then they both raped each other. If it's two gay gals **** faced and having sex then it's just sex.

The whole transgender thing I'm not so sure on, but it might be a loophole if the man identifies as a woman. She would no longer qualify as a rapist. People that are non gender fluid are both rapists and victims of rape at the same time.
