yeah I get it can be uncomfortable but take help where you can get it.

My mental health has been stable for the most part over the past year since around Julyish when I was attending outpatient classes. However the current American events are really ushering me into this weird feeling that ig I can describe as a period of heightened doom and empathy for my friends as well, as I heard a lot of bad stories abt my friend’s psychopath of a mother, and I don’t throw that term around loosely. I’m not in any danger of another attempt at my life but at the same time I’m growing increasingly worried with each day and increasingly less wanting to be alive at this current time in history.

Still, I have a lot on my plate already for the year so hopefully that will be enough to distract myself.
