Do you have to be anywhere today? Try to do something nice for yourself. Maybe have a relaxing bath with some scented candles or bath bombs, then get dressed into nice clean clothes, new socks. Have a hot drink. Perhaps you could shave your head or trim your beard, something to give yourself a bit of extra pizzazz and make you feel a bit better.

Yes, look after yourself Mindfulness and Tristan. Hope you feel less stressed-out soon.

(My non-professional suggestion, as always in this thread: go for a walk if you can - it puts oxygen and endorphins into your brain, plus it can distract you from focusing on your worries.)

This is great advice! I also highly recommend investing in a cozy af robe to wear after bathing/showering. Pampering is for everyone..

It's one of those "night sky" projectors, I can sync it to my music and it's all colorful and wavy. : )
