I’m feeling a little easier today. I forced myself to do a little deep dive cleaning in my kitchen. I listened to a country music playlist while I worked. Then I took a cold water bath. I got bottles of frozen water that I put in the bath to work like ice cubes. Then after they melted into I poured the icy water on my head. Trying to blast out the fog in my brain or whatever.

Just listening to Ernest Tubb I certainly didn't check him out cause I know next to nothing about pre-60s country atm. Unfortunately I didn't grow up in a trailer park so I've had to give myself my own crash course in country over the last few years.
