Prozac is the worst withdrawl I've had, but then again when I ran out of effexor once that ****ed me up for a couple straight days as well. I've never missed my lithium.

I know a guy who tends to stop taking his lithium when he's manic and he goes absolutely mental

im not doing good mentally but idk what to do, im just trying to brush it off

no therapist to visit and its been a good 2 or 3 months now but i dont know what another person can help with unless they give me a chemical to put into my body.

Boss said to stop 5-htp, take melatonin daily, plus gave me some antihistamine for anxiety.

My PHP program has been going extremely well, stepping down to IOP soon but I’ve learned a lot of DBT and confidence skills in the past two weeks.
