It's pretty weak but it helps a little

I have to basically already be calm and settling down for it to work. Reading helps the process sometimes.

CBD is non psychoactive, when it's working best you don't even realize it's doing anything. For me I feel like I've slowed down and my mind stops racing and I can really focus on one thing at a time, which is good for me because I'm detail-oriented.
