There's no beef. He says and believes dumb things for bad reasons and he gets mad that I point it out.

I started therapy this morning.

She asked me why I thought previous counseling was ineffective and I said it seemed like a bunch of unscientific bull**** and she said fine I’ll explain to you the science and neurobiology every step of the way. She’s got the education to do it, too. She also said if you want a psychiatrist to review your treatment periodically we’ll get you one and she just pulled the names up on her computer that take my insurance. We can do that every couple months if it makes me feel better. And honestly it does.

Took my bupropion and I swear it made me crazier than usual. I was just cruising along at work, panning up the shrimp, and the older shrimp was all ****ed up because it wasn’t put up correctly and I flipped my ****. Screaming at the top of my lungs and ****. The ****ing words were barreling out of my mouth before I even knew I was yelling. Right before and right after I was calm as could be.
