Thats good, it didnt convince me either and neither does promoting long term chemical dependence when other options may be on the table.

Getting back to your earlier point, im pretty certain we can manufacture chemicals that are better received by our receptors and out compete chemicals we naturally make (natural imperfections and such). I need to look further into it but im not sure your point is universally true which would only her point relevant if that was the case for melatonin. Not trying to start another debate. Im curious though.

Imagine being over 50.
You've made it this far, but there's a lot of people you knew who didn't.
You can't do a lot of the things you once did, due to atrophy.
You only have maybe 20-30 years left, and those will be filled with aches, pains, and lot's of Ibuprofen.
You struggle daily with all this, but still manage to keep a smile and hold your head up against these personal demons.

Now open your eyes and read that^

30 doesnt feel much different unless you beat ur body up. Plus think of much more sex youll have had.
