I think we need new vocabulary for the word addiction

Calling a heavy weed habit an addiction like it rivals alcoholism

Meh. I’m not accusing you of doing that but I am saying I don’t consider weed addictive in the way that I define addiction

that comedian is wrong. I've had my dick sucked for a dime bag.

But yea there are obviously worse drugs to get addicted to. That goes for weed and alcohol. As bad as alcohol is...crack, meth, heroin.... That's worse. And as bad as those are... There could be something worse. And so on and so on.

I think calling it an addiction is valid, it's just that most people have an extreme image of what addiction is in their head. Describing it as a compulsion would probably make more sense to those people.

I think people get confused cause weed isn't physically addictive it's psychologically addictive. I .E. no withdrawal symptoms. But most people don't realize that coke doesn't really have strong physical dependency either. It's mostly psychological.
