Nah he had trouble getting milk. The decline of the milkman did crazy things to people.

Tomorrow, it will be my three year sober anniversary, three years to the day since I had an alcoholic drink

Been hard but I'm proud of myself for not relapsing despite the things that have happened to me in that time, it's definitely helped to deal with challenges, has improved my mental health and made my emotions a lot more stable

Thats awesome fam, hope you stay away from it. Im 5 years sober from alcohol now but I smoke marijuana
