I am not in crisis at the moment but I am finding things difficult again but I don't feel like I can do anything about it.

Everything's going to be alright my friend. Take things slowly, and do what you can in the moment. Just moment by moment. No rush for anything. You've got people that care about you here, and I'm sure where you're at as well. You are loved.

always here to talk if you need to vent, mate. i know things can be tough, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

definitely seek help from a professional if you feel it is getting the best of you.

I'd contact your doctor anyway and at least make him aware of a change in status. Like the others said, we're all here if you need to talk. A lot of us have years worth of experience with this kind of stuff. I think Plank said it best though. Relax. Try to focus on individual smaller things. Take things easy. Hopefully your mind will settle out if you change your surroundings a bit. I don't know how feasible that is, but it always helps me in funks to kind of take a step back, work on a single hobby that I've put aside for other functions, and kind of get myself settled down.

This. Though I still find doing things I love doing fairly difficult to do because my motivation to do anything fadea. But that's me. Hopefully Fluff doesn't get to a point where he doesn't feel like he can get help.

Mentally it can get you in a vicious cycle of feeling sorry for yourself and losing any motivation. You get used to it. Which isn't really a good thing.

Stay strong, mate.
Hope things will work out for you soon, at least somewhat.
