Had the heart attack thing as well lmao. I went to A&E and had an ECG on my heart, the nurse was like "You're 22, calm down. It's not going to be a heart attack at 22." Posted about it in the old MH thread.
And yes it's terrifying. |

I've had the same thing happen. If I miss the odd day I'll usually be fine but there have been times I've had to miss 5 days in a row or something and that will come back to haunt me. Panic attacks are no joke, especially when you don't know that's what you're having. And the brain shivers always make me think I'm having a ****ing stroke.
But hey the payoff is that I don't obsess over suicide every waking minute when I take my prozac so *thumbs up* worth it |
