It might be the same thing. Probably is. Strong Danish mustard is the same, I'm sure of that.

You could buy English mustard very easily in any supermarket.

If you mean what to eat it with, steak, ham, gammon, roast beef.

It is good using any of these meats cold and in a sandwich.

But use a small amount. And I do mean a very small amount because you will feel it in your nose before it even burns your mouth.
