If you are going to fault all Europeans for only a minuscule amount of persons who were owners of plantations that held slaves (there were also black plantation owners too) then conversely you should give credit to those Europeans and Americans who endeavored to end it - namely the Quakers in the US, who made an antebellum attempt that did not divert the prevailing winds of the Civil War.

Cause Linclon freed the slaves fyi. Yes, that is right. Chattel slavery was abolished in both Europe and America. This is not true throughout the world, even today. Sadly slavery still exist in Africa. The history of Arab slavery dwarfs European slavery both in terms of the amount of years and number enslaved.

Most people that "white shame" are whites.

A more important topic; Why are minorities always seen as 'white shaming' when they bring up discrimination of the past or discrimination today?

Even better, why are they called victims when marching against racially biased police brutality that doesn't get justice while so many white people act like being reminded of this country's racist history is the worst thing to possibly happen?

Why is it that Germany can openly discuss the atrocities of their history while America is too cowardly to actually truly acknowledge it with out quickly brushing over it?
