You're telling me some people are happy to be slaves? I can't believe that. With slavery you have to keep in mind how much of their identity is wrapped up in being a slave. Hopefully, a person could see their worth as a human outside of their role in the institution of slavery but imagine a person born into bondage, never educated, no hint at another existence at all. To a person of a certain psychological disposition to say they didn’t like being a slave was tantamount to the untenable position that they didn’t want to exist at all. Furthermore, although incorrect it would be easy to see opposition to slavery as opposition to everything she is. So her coping mechanism might seem unimaginable until you dig deeper into how it was formed.

I dont disagree with any of this but to quote Frown "false equivalency" comparing modern black people to their slave ancestors. Elph is just stubborn and silly.

All you have to do to prove me wrong is show some evidence that white people as a whole are working together to oppress all other races and my mind is changed, but ofc you cant because its a bull**** position. You completely ignore the nuance and multitude of factors that go into it. Stay woke Elph, id never ask you to change.

if you give it any thought, I don't think it's hard to realize a society structured primarily by white men comes to benefit white men at the expense of other groups

And if you gave it any thought youd recognize those same white men (in some cases they arent even white men) oppress anyone and anything that threaten the stronghold theyve created which has absolutely nothing to do with white people as a whole. White people happen to receive more advantages because of whos in charge but they are not responsible for the oppression itself. Its really not that complicated.

Can you give me an example of how youve oppressed minorities?
