People should have sufficient access to that which is necessary to sustain them, regardless of how many pieces of paper with pictures of dead Presidents that they have in their wallet.

Those same people should ALSO be willing to work, to the best of their ability, to contribute to that system, which is providing for them.

People need to pull back the blinders that "modern society" has put on them.

Access to NATURAL RESOURCES is the bloodline of all successful societies.

"Money" is a fictitious construct.

Societies, albethey less "evolved," have proven that it is possible to survive without currency; instead, relying on trading and bartering systems.

I penned a short article regarding BASIC / UNIVERSAL INCOME a few years back for my website.

The monopolization and control of natural resources, especially by asshole families and corporations [b/c let's face it, only an asshole would deny people the things that they need to survive], which are necessary to live, should be viewed with great disgust and abhorrence.

It's not my place to tell people what they should think. EVERY case should be judged on an individual basis

What is an "average" American? There are 350,000,000+ people in this country, ranging from the homeless sleeping on the park bench, to the Billionaires on Wall Street.

Karl Marx' notion of "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need," is a good starting point for any society.

That, sadly, has to be the understatement of the century, my friend.

Freddo chocolate bars have gone up by 200% in price in 18 years | Metro News

The labour government are sure as sh*t going to change this as this is a grave injustice on the working class and another easy opportunity for the labour government to get grime fans to like them.

What does the bolded word mean? I can't figure it out. I thought it might be albeit, but that doesn't seem to fit. Then I thought although, but who misspels that word in that way? Care to enlighten me?

ALBETHEY is the plural form of ALBEIT. I used it since I was referring to SOCIETIES, the plural form of SOCIETY.

Logical assumption, but not correct. Albeit is derived from the phrase although it be that, so the it refers to nature of the subject or subjects, not the subject itself.

I knew what you meant though.
