No. She's trying to be. Her and he husband run one but they aren't the owners.

But yeah it's more suburban than rural but it's on the border.. you can see the country in the distance. Obviously the average person who buys is gonna have to live in the suburbs somewhere which might seem kinda lame but the flip side is you and 8 other people pitching in to pay some rich(er) guy's mortgage for his condo or whatever
