Yes, unless you don't want the reptilians vote. It was getting crazy when each minority group was demanding Biden to put several of their particular race in his administration. Maybe, I'm too much of an idealist, but if you just concentrated on the best and the brightest, you'd end up with a diverse administration anyway. Anyway, it's just a gripe on the far left.

But yeah anyone looking to buy a home they have some really good deals in detroit and flint Michigan. You can get a house for like 5k there.

No. She's trying to be. Her and he husband run one but they aren't the owners.

But yeah it's more suburban than rural but it's on the border.. you can see the country in the distance. Obviously the average person who buys is gonna have to live in the suburbs somewhere which might seem kinda lame but the flip side is you and 8 other people pitching in to pay some rich(er) guy's mortgage for his condo or whatever

It doesn't negate the lower rent if the difference in rent is large enough. But there's always going to be a trade off. Obviously the lower the rent the more boring the place is generally. I'm tired of nc for sure this place can eat a dick.
