I ask cause I honestly think the fact they don't act as a monolith in some cases is exactly why the Republicans are better at politics. Because they do. And it's not just cause they all agree on everything.

Thank you very much for this hint.

But where do I paint the left as a monolithic block?

Give me a quote.

The politically incorrect lefties here in Germany are far away from being representative. But they are very near to excommunication from their movements.

You should realize that your hint is irrelevant for my argumentation and the basic problem of the left.

Hillary Clinton is brainwashed by feminism. And I guess that Bernie Sanders could be even more brainwashed by feminism.

Already described it.

If you think that equal rights are brainwashing then I'm not gonna waste my time.

Water wet lol

I think the biggest cause is that conservatism has been the status quo for so long with a few breaks. That and the tendency towards authoritarianism probably make it easier to rally the right.

Both parties have a tendency towards authoritarianism, the right is just more vocal about it.

Ja the left is not safe from authoritarianism. Democrats are right wing though.

True, at least by my definition of right-wing and compared to other 'left-wing' parties around the world. America as a whole is a center-right country and has been for a long time.

Left-authoritarianism vs. left-libertarianism. Both are Left.

Agreed, but people suck. I think the biggest risk of authoritarianism in the left can come from counterauthoritarian efforts evolving into authoritarianism by assuming the position they were fighting instead of adapting it.
