The Supreme Court has recently shifted towards a conservative majority, with a high probability of the current administration getting to choose another judge. A lot of important decisions are coming up, so I thought I would make a general Supreme Court thread because I think that people pay too much attention to the other branches.

Since these aren't predetermined cakes but unique ones made upon order, they're more likely to be considered an art than a commodity. Given that, if you want a painter to do a portrait of you and your husband or black spouse or whatever someone doesn't agree with and the painter says no, should they be compelled to create the piece?
