You said this tongue-in-cheek, right?

Yes.

The youth don't vote anyway (in large numbers).

Yeah, but that's unfair to the youth. Adults are slovenly doe-faced zombies themselves, they just have **** to lose. If you have kids and a house, you're more on guard about getting ****ed by some new policy. You already feel like you're struggling.

The young don't have the animus of greed.

I don't think I'm being unfair to the youth. I didn't condemn them for not voting or blame them for anything, I simply pointed out a trend in their voting pattern.

I don't know that I'd characterize it as a lack of an animus of greed, rather they, as you pointed out, simply don't have as much skin in the game.

Case in point. Young people generally don't have a need to. Young people can certainly figure out how if they have to, but I think many won't bother.

You’re like the Burger King CEO who has never flipped a burger.

I might have mailed like two things.

(And we don't flip burgers at BK. There's a conveyor belt.)

Am I going to get any credit for “I own the mail” reference joke?

If a communist claims credit for a joke, is that considered an attack against the state?
