I literally have to arrange to get the day off to go vote

So that in most cases my vote means nada

Please explain more how easy and effective voting is

Your state doesn't have early voting?

It might... How does one go about doing that? Chances are if I don't have to take the day off to vote I have to take it off to go to the DMV or whatever.

I mean, for us it's a week out for the Presidential. I voted on Saturday before the actual election day voting. It was at the Library downtown, but I could still do it.

You might be less full of piss and vinegar if you looked into how your local voting worked.

Chances are I still wouldn't bother.

I tried googling it and it seems like there's some application to submit to the local election office. Not sure if that means in person or what but either way I'm already looking at at least a trip to the library to print the application out...
