What does the constitution say about presidential term limits exactly? I would not be surprised to see a second - perhaps modified, two year - term granted to the incumbent under special circumstances. And then in 2022 assuming chaos still reigns supreme he'll get re-elected for a third term for being such a strong, generous leader throughout the years of covid-19.
