Maher? I lump him in with John Oliver. Funny at times, says some sensical things occasionally, but harmless.

Modern Jon Stewart is looking pretty rough. He's starting to resemble one of those 9/11 first responders.

I was just using Sanders as an example. What I was really trying to say was you can't expect one person (in this case, Jon Stewart) to solve all the worlds' problems.. No one has that kind of power.

And he wears the old man jacket on camera too.

Noted re: Sanders. It will take way more than one person to solve even the smallest of problems. It's sad that it takes a celebrity, even a minor one like Jonny, to get politico asses in gear.

If he manages to make some big gains, I'll nominate the Biebs travel to my city to get Trudeau to help our vets.

Oh jeez, please don't compare those two, Oliver hits it out of the park on a regular basis while Maher is the real life version of the "old man yells at cloud" meme.

Not being on the same page as a lib is all you need to be a LARPer? Are you just a bitter ex-socialist now who lashes out at the people who said you were always just a lib?

I learned the term when some nerdy guy at work in his late '30s explained why he got together with friends and dressed up as medieval knights. I guess it's no different than those weird civil war reenaction people.
