I’m sure Gabbard wants this to boil down to a debate about chicks with dicks running the four forty but before anyone goes down that rabbit hole please consider this: If this legislation passed it would be completely unenforceable and Gabbard is fully aware of that fact. This has nothing to do with protecting the sanctity of women’s sports and everything to do with betting on transphobia as a political strategy.
