You know in the interest of international brotherhood, I'm going to assume you're tripping up here over the merging of two things:
1. Who wants an empire?
2. Are rich people moral?
Answers:
No one wants an empire. Sadly, regional strong men, that look like they're going to replace America on the global stage as the dominant law enforcement, didn't come to Musicbanter to check-in with Batlord as to whether or not he wants that.
Your policies would amount to the globe looking like Syria. I'm all ears as to how I'm wrong on this one. But Assad gassed children. America stayed home. Now look at it. What a peaceful non-empire they have.
Secondly, I don't know how rich people got involved here, but they're a cancer. The Death Tax should be abnormally high, because at least the first person earned it, but the "influencer" children that let hedge fund managers run their finances, and tell poor people to work hard should be guillotined on Pay-per-View.
