Nope. He has to petition all 50 states and D.C.
In most states the sig requirements would be horrifically difficult to meet,
(plus the near impossibility of ever meeting the upcoming deadlines),
but even if he somehow could get thru all of the available states in record time
(during a pandemic, I'll add), there are top states that wouldn't allow him to register
at all this late - my state being one of them - and about a dozen more.
He definitely wouldn't be allowed to be on the ballot if he wanted people in, let's say,
his own home city of Chicago or New York City to vote for him no matter what he did.
That's why this is an attention-getting stunt by a mentally disturbed guy
wanting to push his new release.
