I want none of it cause I see the psychological effect being a manager has on even perfectly good people and how it encourages them to turn on their fellow employees. I want none of it cause I have no desire to even pretend to take corporate edicts seriously. I want none of it cause I'd be **** at the job and be self-conscious about being **** at it. I want none of it cause exercising fake authority on people would make me feel like an *******. I want none of it cause I'd end up having to punish people for things I don't think they should have to do in the first place. I want none of it cause I'm lazy.

That doesn't mean I don't have a desire to help my fellow worker to make their day easier.

Coworkers are comrades. Teach them about their rights rather than taking advantage of their labor. Smh. You seem like the type to throw another under the bus to save yourself, and then say they should have thrown you under first.

Nah, I've demonstrated that I'm also like this. Being a leader sucks. You start being important and responsible for **** and people start depending on you. Being unimportant is so much better cause it doesn't matter if I just want to chill and watch ****ed up movies all day.

And this is why communism and socialism will always fail.

I'm just gonna sit back and wait for the robots. I already know what it would take to solve these problems, and humans aren't capable of operating at that scale in an effective way.

**** yeah. The only things I manage are my breaks. Let a mother****ing manager try to deny me a break and I become the bitchiest **** they ever dealt with. I got a break today just cause the manager saw me reading comics in the break room and just told me to take a break and I was like "YERP!!!" and it was so much better than being on the clock even if I was still at work. I can't imagine trying to manage a dip**** like me. Makes me break out in hives just thinking about it.
