That's very doubtful to me but as far as getting away for good that criteria doesn't give us very many presidential assassins to work with does it.

It is funny how the greatest check to power that the public has has been all but removed when that level of security isn't even universal. I could probably get drunk with some bros and take out Boris Johnson with relative ease.
