I hope he runs as an independent. I hope Yang does too. I think this virus might be making people think outside the box. Yang’s case for UBI makes a lot more sense to a lot of people suddenly, I know that.
Also, the homeless can’t shelter in place, and a week on a ventilator (if it’s not covered in the stimulus already) is going to be a life crushing expense for many survivors. That socialized medicine suddenly makes more sense as does universal housing. And again, universal nutrition. |
