And no that last part is untrue. The way the US convicts so many people is by scaring them into taking a plea deal. The way China does it is by depriving them of legal representation. It's far from a scenario where only guilty people are taken to trial.

I just don't want Trump appointing two more SC Justices. Biden can sleep fart his way through four years if it means the courts stay balanced.
