If he got the senate that stuff would be a big improvement.

A $15 minimum wage plus guaranteed Section 8 housing at that wage would blow the **** out of what’s currently happening

Yeah. That was kind of my point. If the candidate was someone you had no opinion on, and this was their platform, what would you think?

I think it's clear to most folks no one is pumped about Biden. But there are no atheists in a foxhole.

Yeah but I don't trust an establishment Democrat floating more bandaids to neoliberal capitalism that are probably empty words in the first place. I'll give him a tip of the cap for raising minimum wage but he's still part of the problem and a late-stage Roman emperor presiding over the death of the empire.

this is the same argument the Dems pump out every 4 years though. "Yeah we're bad but have you seen the other guy?" The idea that Trump is some unique evil so we must settle if that's what it takes to defeat him is crap. It gives you the false impression this is a one-time pragmatic sacrifice. There will be yet another boogeyman in 2024. And 28. Etc. They pretend to hate the Trumps of the world but I think they would be ****ed without them.

It's the same argument because it's the same candidate. What am I missing here? If after 4 years you can't see the difference between the parties, I'm not sure what else we can do for you. it blows my mind that people look at 2000 and 2016 and still think the two-party system is to blame.

He's not a unique evil. In fact, he's the best Republican to get elected because they all share the same policies, Trump is just too dumb not to put a nice face on it. But until the Gerrymandering of Operation Red Map is resolved, the GOP will be an extreme representation of America. The real race for the President of the country currently only exists in the Democratic Party until the GOP gets rebalanced by the populace.
