Cause that's what a near infinitely complex causality is. Such complexity that it almost feels like free will because you can't imagine an actual infinite universe of true free will but imagine that near infinite complexity is actual infinite complexity. It does in fact change the number of things possible though so that your binary question is completely irrelevant. That's kind of what made binary code so revolutionary. There's so many binary questions possible that you can run a computer on all of them.
