China actually had the courage to enforce their lockdown and the infrasture in place for medical workers to have proper gear and to quarentine people. And they got it by surprise.

And WE’RE under reporting deaths. Most prisons and jails haven’t even conducted a single test.

Ignoring the period of time where China pretended like it wasn't a real thing that ultimately lead to it becoming a global pandemic. Yeah, once they actually took it seriously they did better than we are doing now.

People on facebook are spreading conspiracy theories that hospitals are reporting every death as a covid-19 death.

Or that 99% survival rate means it's not a big deal which is also the survival rate for the Columbine massacre.
