The House was actually blocked by Bolton's lawyer when they tried to subpoena him originally. Then Schiff withdrew the subpoena right around the time Bolton expressed an interest in testifying.

they knew it would probably take up to a year to get him cause of the courts.

But yea Amazon is evil. Also Google. That Alzheimer's super bowl commerical was creepy af to me. Google wants to catalogue all grandpa's memories, yikes. This is how it starts folks.
