I didn't say the right doesn't react to ideas they they don't like. But the statement I made about checking allies for ideological purity based on who they talk to is something I'm seeing specifically on the left and specifically related to the Rogan topic. So I don't need to go look for a right wing equivalent when calling that out. Either you can defend it or you can't. So far you're just deflecting.

It doesn't look to me that the criticism is simply that he has someone like that on the show. It's that his tone legitimizes a range of pretty asinine ideas. Do anti-vaxxers or climate change deniers, for example, really deserve a seat at the table?
It's not a Milton Friedman like character that gets people bent out of shape.

The tone is perfectly reasonable. It's that he had right wing stars like Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, etc.

People who, 10-20 years ago, the left would've approached with civility rather than smearing them as Nazis.

Sounds like you don't want a right wing equivalent. What's the benefit of pinning what is clearly a larger issue of cultural divide driven by hyperpartisanship on one side over the other? Doesn't that just give the issue wheels?
