Nah... He's tried his best but he'll be gone soon enough.

You can do all the executive orders you want... Problem is the next prez can just reverse them.

Most impactful thing he's done long term, other than appoint to the supreme Court (which is just what presidents do) was the national emergency stunt and the precedent that sets.

Nope, it was the tax bill that has added 1 trillion+ to the deficit.

that's just business as usual for Republicans. I'm talking about long term impact specifically with regard to making the office of president more like a dictator.

Yes, they are undoubtedly bad. But the Iraq war killed hundreds of thousands. I doubt the impact of those camps are even 1% of that (in terms of #s of people affected).
