Betsy DeVos is just as bad.

Well, Ben Carson causes more harm but DeVos knows less about public education than the typical parent with a kid in school. I’ve seen interviews with her where it was clear she didn’t understand current testing structure and the rights of students with disabilities.

I distinctly recall seeing DeVos in a hearing on T.V. last year telling the House Education and Workforce Committee that teachers deserved better wages and overall compensation.

I'm also not sold on the idea that public education is necessarily better than private education.

FYI, these guys are the ones all the Rothschild conspiracy theorists are talking about when they say "Jews control the world, man1111". They hold somewhere around 6.5 trillion in managed assets and investments....and a big chunk of it are in companies that are destroying the environment. They make Google and Amazon look like small potatoes in regards to overall influence on government and the private sector. Pretty crazy.

Meanwhile HUD is allowing homeless shelters to turn away people for being trans.

Also in many areas shelters and food banks are run by Jesus freaks and the local police shutdown non-religious attempts to provide charity. And if you don’t think it’s like that you don’t know. Making sure religion has a monopoly on charity is a mainstay in the south.
