Can you usually see stars? I usually only see a few because of light pollution.

I can still smell it here and my allergies are like I've been doing lines of ****ing pollen. 60% containment on the SD fire now and a lot of evacs are being lifted at least.

We've been lucky lately, it's been 30s and 40s a lot over the past few weeks, but now it's starting to get down to the 20s. Sucks, but it's better than usual - not uncommon that it's getting close to 0 this time of year.

The light pollution is not really bad in the neighborhood. Although last time we fully lost electricity at night me and Lin walked the golf course and the sky was AMAZING.

The temperature swung from -26°C to 0°C in two days. Crazy. Here, the only reason snowstorms stop is because of a temperature drop.

Genuine rain in San Diego today. Since San Diegans drive straight into walls when we get as much as a light sprinkle, traffic was ass today. It took me an hour and a half to get into work because of all of the crashes when it usually takes 30-45 minutes.

About 10 days ago it was -16F, today it's about 35 or 40F, ****in' awesome but I guess the cold ****'s comin' back in a couple of days.
