Thankfully it hasn't gotten really hot here in the Portland area today, it's only going to be 106, tomorrow and Monday are going to be 114. The all time record here is 107, that record is going to be shattered, twice.

I was reading about those temperatures coming in the days ahead for Portland.
Pretty astounding. Along with that info, I checked on some favorite places in British Columbia and noticed that they will be having those same kind of temps in areas that are far north there! Then, I checked really far north - the Arctic Circle - and saw that they had also reached 100+ (38C+) temps there confirming that the Earth is at its warmest in over 12,000 years! |

Yesterday set the all-time record high in Portland, 108', it's 1pm and it's already 104 well on our way to an all-time record high expected to reach a blistering 115, shattering the previous all-time high established yesterday. And it's June fer cryin' out loud, it's not July or August.
