Yeah and it's ****ing everything up, my wife has to drive her grandma to Chicago tomorrow for ****ing brain surgery and now she has all this unpleasant travel to deal with too :/

That's a lot of hazardous driving and compounding of stressful stuff. Ouch. Slow and steady and make sure she packs a cold weather survival kit, just to be prepared for the worst. Here's to a safe journey and successful outcome if it can't be postponed.

My wife is still in the window after a positive Covid test where it's incredibly unlikely that she could be contagious to anyone else. I on the other hand could still be potentially a carrier without knowing since I've never had a confirmed positive test, and if either of her grandparents got Covid their survival odds are slim.

So that's why I'm not going/being around them

North jerzz getting absolutely dumped on. Foot of snow and it's not stopping for another 20 hours. Luckily I'm down south a bit and we're just getting rain weird enough. However, I gotta drive back north either tomorrow night or Wednesday morning to deal with the chaos. Gunna be fun!
