The humidity makes it feel like it's in the 120s. I grew up in AZ and can take the dry heat more than most, but make it muggy and I'm a bitch even if it's only in the mid-80s.

**** you Harvey remnants. Messing up my Day 2 of Ezoo. I got completely soaked and had to walk through huge mud puddles to get onto a ferry. Not to mention having to wait in the downpour for 20 mins for the ferry to even show up. Yes atleast I didn't have to deal with a flooded house but still sucks being cold and wet.

Agreed. Between Mass and Cali we lived in Tempe for 4 months - April thru July - so you know how hot it was. About 2 months in we flew the kids back to Boston for a visit. They got back and said it was so miserable because of the humidity and that they were happy to be back in AZ!

New England gets this thing in the fall called Indian Summer where a wave just like we're having here happens. Can get so bad that doors and cupboards swell so much they get hard to open.

Just stepped outside to see if I can shut the AC and open windows.

No ****ing way Jose.
