It's been wonderfully grey and rainy (no rain today yet though) for the past week or so. My ideal weather. The grackles and frogs are happy about it, too.

Edit: Literally 2 seconds after I posted that, the sun came out. Just to spite me. Ughhhh.

I think my fav was a few years ago when we had almost a week of no power, and then I discovered the joys of reading books by gaslight. Losing power for a week made for some of the best reading in my life. I've hated electric light ever since. It's just so ugly.

You should open a window if gas is making you see things.
